The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff team is exceptionally professional and friendly. The place is very quiet and comfortable despite being in the middle of a bustling crowd, and it features a spacious, relaxing onsen facility. It's a brand-new building that just had its grand opening on September 17, 2026, so everything is still completely pristine and brand new. I highly recommend this place!」
