諾加飯店(ノーガホテル)為藝術裝飾風格的精品商務旅館品牌，係由日本野村不動產集團首度自行開發與經營的酒店品牌，2018年在東京上野開設第1間據點，委託UDS株式會社操刀室內設計，UDS曾推出由緣溫泉旅館、ANTEROOM、MUJI、all day place shibuya、hisoca酒店 池袋等系列酒店設計。

整體風格年輕而簡潔，比起典型的日本商務旅館，更像是為城市旅行者設計的設計型旅宿。大廳與公共空間的材質、燈光與比例控制得很好，氣氛安靜、舒服，也帶一點生活感。
家具本身不算特別突出，但家電與設備的選擇蠻有品味。例如吹風機、熱水壺等小型家電都不是廉價款式，使用起來質感很好，可以看出旅館在細節上的標準。
房間設計簡潔乾淨，動線合理，在東京市區旅館的尺度中算是很舒服的配置。整體給人的感覺是年輕、乾淨、有設計感的一間東京設計旅館。
