「這次入住的體驗讓我們非常感動。
我們從台灣來曼谷旅遊，在這間飯店入住了六天。整體住宿體驗都很好，但最讓我們印象深刻的，是飯店晚班櫃檯團隊的熱心與專業。
旅途中我們不慎遺失了一支 iPhone。當時人在國外，又無法流利使用泰語，心裡真的非常著急，也不知道該如何聯絡船公司及相關單位協助尋找。
特別要感謝晚班櫃檯的兩位女士及一位先生。在我們最無助的時候，他們非常熱心地協助我們處理這件事情，不但耐心幫我們翻譯與溝通，還主動協助撥打電話、聯絡船公司、查詢資訊，並持續幫忙追蹤手機的下落。
即使這並不是飯店本身的責任，他們仍然把客人的事情當成自己的事情一樣積極協助，讓身處異國的我們感到非常安心與溫暖。他們的熱心與耐心，真的幫了我們一個大忙。
另外，我們想特別感謝晚班櫃檯那位戴眼鏡的女生。
在這六天的住宿期間，不論是詢問交通、景點資訊，還是需要任何協助時，她總是帶著笑容、非常親切且熱情地幫助我們。尤其在這次遺失手機的事件中，她更是積極協助我們聯繫、翻譯及提供建議，讓我們在陌生的國家感受到滿滿的溫暖與安心。
最後，在他們的幫助下，我們順利在碼頭找回了遺失的手機。
身為來自台灣的旅客，我們由衷感謝晚班櫃檯團隊的專業、熱心與善良。這份幫助不只是找回一支手機，更讓我們深深感受到泰國人的友善與熱情。

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
We traveled from Taiwan and stayed here for six days. The overall experience was excellent, but what impressed us the most was the kindness and professionalism of the night shift front desk team.
During our trip, we accidentally lost an iPhone. Being in a foreign country and unable to communicate fluently in Thai, we felt extremely worried and did not know how to contact the boat company or local staff for help.
We would especially like to thank the two ladies and one gentleman from the night shift front desk team. They went above and beyond to help us by translating, making phone calls, contacting the boat company, checking information, and continuously helping us follow up on our lost phone.
Even though this situation had nothing to do with the hotel, they treated our problem as if it were their own. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a huge difference during a very stressful time.
We would also like to give special thanks to the lady at the night shift front desk who wears glasses.
Throughout our six-day stay, she was always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Whether we had questions about transportation, local attractions, or needed assistance with anything else, she always greeted us with a smile and made us feel comfortable and cared for.
During the process of recovering our lost iPhone, she was especially helpful with communication, translation, and coordination. Her support made a stressful situation much easier for us and made us feel truly cared for while traveling abroad.
Thanks to the help of the night shift team, we were finally able to recover our iPhone at the pier.
As travelers from Taiwan, we are truly grateful for their outstanding service, kindness, and hospitality. Their help not only allowed us to recover our phone, but also showed us the warmth and friendliness of Thailand.
